New Feautures

Offline Mode allows merchants using Dejavoo gateway-powered P-series terminals to process sale transactions even without a network connection.

Bug Fixes

Device alerts are now properly handled, ensuring that success and failure logs are recorded.

Fixed an issue where the “FEE N/A PROFILE” error appeared on the first transaction after a terminal reboot when using deep linking with a fee profile.


December 2024

New Features

This update enables merchants to view untipped and server reports of other TPNs within the same store from a single terminal.

Merchants using SPIn can send Level 2 and Level 3 data directly from their POS application to the integrated Dejavoo payment terminal.

Bug Fixes

This update ensures that item values sent from the merchant’s cash register to the integrated PIN pad terminal during SPIn transactions are displayed accurately.

This update resolves an issue where a “Spring Framework” error would appear on the merchant’s Dejavoo payment terminal


November 2024 (First Release)

New Features

This update allows merchants using POS or CloudPOS terminals to adjust the tip for multiple TPNs from a single device or batch, as long as all TPNs are within the same store.

A new checkbox in CloudPOS allows merchants to enable or disable the signature capture screen that appears on the connected POS terminal after completing a transaction.

With this update, merchants using SPIn integration can now include cart items in the request sent from their cash register application to their Dejavoo payment terminals, enabling the terminals to display the cart items along with the card and cash prices of the transaction.


October 2024

New features

This feature safeguards Dejavoo gateway-powered terminals by registering the terminal’s serial numbers to an ISO Office, preventing other unauthorized ISO Offices from downloading their Terminal Profile Numbers (TPN) into the protected asset.

iPOS S.A.F.E has a new risk rule that checks for incorrect CVV and/or ZIP codes. If a transaction is approved but fails either check, it will be automatically voided, and the funds will be released back to the customer’s account.

ISOs can now display either the merchant or store logo on Dejavoo gateway-powered terminals’ home screens, not just the ISO logo.


September 2024 (Second Release)

New Features

This update separates the base amount and fee for Dual Pricing SPIn transactions on Gateway-Powered Dejavoo terminals, instead of combining them. When the Fee Report parameter is enabled, both values are now reported individually.

Merchants using Deep Linking with Dejavoo Gateway terminals can now print both merchant and customer transaction receipts.

Enhancements

The Tip suggestions screen on Dejavoo Gateway-powered terminals has been updated so that when a user taps on any of the tip choices, the app will take them to the next screen.

Merchants are now prompted to confirm printing the customer copy during PIN pad transactions when the Customer Copy Print option is enabled.

Make Card Price Same as Cash Price’ now appears on the Register Lite break-up screen only if fee adjustment options are enabled and the fee is active for the TPN.

Bug Fixes

This update ensures that customer signatures on SPIn-integrated PIN pad terminals are correctly reflected in the Get Signature response code.

For merchants using Deep Linking with Dejavoo Gateway-powered terminals, the response code will now include an ‘iPOS Token.’

This update fixes the ‘Transaction data not found’ error for merchants using Deep Linking with Dejavoo Gateway-powered terminals, allowing successful retrieval of Pre Auth transactions after batch settlement.

This update resolves the issue preventing Discover cards saved in Apple Wallet from completing transactions on our Gateway-powered terminals, ensuring full support for these transactions.

Merchants using Gateway-powered terminals can utilize Incremental Auth to increase the amount initially authorized in a Pre-Auth.  

Security Enhancements

To strengthen security, a one-time passcode (OTP) is now required to change the Terminal Profile Number (TPN) on a POS terminal.

PIN Bypad not supported for contactless card transactions

Enhancements

A new option that allows ISOs to enable/disable the breakup screen based on their merchant’s preference from the iPOSpays portal.

This update removes the extra step of having to click on the “OK’ button. A simple click on the payment type would ensure that the action is reflected on the payment terminal.
