Hardcoded Cardholder Name Removed from Receipts

Resolved an issue where “Denovopay” was displayed as a default cardholder name on receipts when the actual cardholder name was unavailable. Receipts now display the cardholder’s name only when it is present, ensuring accurate and clean output across all card modes, including manual entry, tap, swipe, and insert.
