February 2025

New Feautures

The iPOSpays portal is now certified on Elavon’s processing platform, allowing ISOs to onboard merchants to the iPOSpays portal with Elavon.

Google Pay is now integrated into the WooCommerce iPOSpays Payment Gateway plugin, allowing merchants to offer a faster and more convenient payment option at checkout.

This update ensures that SMS and email notifications sent to customers are tailored to each transaction type.

This update allows merchants to customize the tag labels for ACH transactions on CloudPOS.

Enhancements

The Settings page now appears first instead of Payment Methods in our WooCommerce plugin on WordPress with additional enhancements to the user experience.

This enhancement brings the ability to enable/disable GHPP (Generic hosted payment page) as a privilege for merchants during/after they are onboarded to the portal.

Merchants can now process refunds for transactions older than 90 days.

New Features

This update brings 3DS security to all iPOSpays transactions performed on Send Payment Link, Hosted Payment Page (HPP), and the Generic Hosted Payment Page (GHPP).

This update enables merchants to view untipped and server reports of other TPNs within the same store from a single terminal.

Merchants using SPIn can send Level 2 and Level 3 data directly from their POS application to the integrated Dejavoo payment terminal.

November 2024 (First Release)

New Features

This update introduces iPOSpays’ white-labeling feature, enabling ISOs to customize the portal, POS terminals, and iPOSgo! for a fully branded, tailored customer experience.

With this update, we’ve introduced the ability to activate FEED directly from the portal, enabling live tracking via webhook for platforms like POS, CloudPOS, Tap to Pay on iPhone, and Tap to Pay on Android for seamless monitoring and control.

With this update, ISOs and Merchant admins can now control access to the iPOSpays Dashboard by enabling or disabling it as a privilege when creating new users.

With this update, merchants can now customize the requirement for phone number or email address entry on the CloudPOS - Pay Now screen, making both fields optional or mandatory based on their needs.

A new checkbox in CloudPOS allows merchants to enable or disable the signature capture screen that appears on the connected POS terminal after completing a transaction.

With this update, the ECard has been added as a gift host to the iPOSpays portal.

Enhancements

The “View By Device” filter in the “Merchants Boarding” card for ISOs on the iPOSpays Dashboard can be displayed as a pie chart.

Bug Fixes

Logo Display Issue: Fixed a bug where the iPOSpays logo appeared on the Hosted Payment Page (HPP) and Generic HPP when no logo was uploaded. Fav Icon Disappearance: Resolved an issue where the fav icon on the browser’s tab disappeared after completing a transaction on the HPP or GHPP. Incorrect Recipient Name: Corrected the MFA email to display the correct recipient name selected by the ISO.

With this update, the store DBA name will now appear correctly in the E-invoice email, even with special characters on the store DBA name.

With this update, the message on the password reset box on the iPOSpays portal will now provide specific feedback based on the user’s input to prevent generic “Invalid password” error messages from being displayed for incorrect entries.

This fix ensures the password reset link now properly directs to the reset page, even if other portal tabs are open.

This update addresses an issue where, in some instances, merchants received duplicate settlement reports via email after settling a batch.

This update addresses functionality issues with the Google Pay feature.


October 2024

New features

This update introduces an additional payment option for merchants using CloudPOS, allowing them to accept cash transactions through the Pay Now section.

The Recurring Payments feature has been updated to allow merchants to set up quarterly payments, enabling them to schedule payments every three months starting from a chosen date.

iPOS S.A.F.E has a new risk rule that checks for incorrect CVV and/or ZIP codes. If a transaction is approved but fails either check, it will be automatically voided, and the funds will be released back to the customer’s account.

ISOs can now display either the merchant or store logo on Dejavoo gateway-powered terminals’ home screens, not just the ISO logo.

Enhancements

Settlement report emails now include an Excel attachment alongside the PDF, applicable to POS, CloudPOS, and iPOSgo! apps.

Bug Fixes

ISOs can now configure a merchant’s unique VAT Registration Number (up to 20 characters) in the iPOSpays portal, ensuring accurate Level 3 transaction data and helping merchants qualify for lower interchange fees.

The Decline Sales Trend Excel report now correctly labels the Expected Average column, resolving the previous issue where it was mislabeled as Last 90 Days.

The issue with incorrect invoice generation dates for Send Payment Link transactions has been resolved, ensuring accurate invoice records in the Invoices Module.


September 2024 (Second Release)

New Features

Merchants processing with CloudPOS, Gateway-powered payment terminals, and Tap to Pay on iPhone With iPOSgo! now supports Google Pay as a payment method for Send Payment Link and GHPP (Generic hosted payment page) transactions.

Enhancements

Batch settlement reports now include Card Brand, Subtotal, and Fee details.

The Customer Name tag that appears in the GHPP is now customizable and can be edited to suit the merchant’s needs.

This update ensures that the Signature Upload for declined transactions now includes all relevant information.

Bug Fixes

This update ensures that the customer’s phone number and email address are accurately captured in the Signature Upload for Gift transactions in the Transactions module of the merchant’s CloudPOS.


September 2024 (First Release)

New Features

iPOSpays is now offering a new feature called ‘Feed,’ which provides real-time transaction tracking for various payment methods, including POS, CloudPOS, Tap to Pay on iPhone, and Tap to Pay on Android.

Merchants using Paya ACH can now tokenize their customers’ bank account details for future payments and use the “Run a Sale” feature to autofill those details to perform Paya ACH transactions.

Whitelisted domain names can now be managed by ISOs for their merchants.


August 2024

New Features

An enhanced user experience with a new color scheme, updated logo, and improved loading animations.

Security Enhancements

We have updated the iPOSpays login password minimum requirement from 10 to 12 characters.

To strengthen security, a one-time passcode (OTP) is now required to change the Terminal Profile Number (TPN) on a POS terminal.

To enhance security, manual refunds will now require Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for each new session.

Enhancements

Previous glitches in the Recurring Payments module been resolved, ensuring a smoother experience for merchants.

Merchants can now add up to 10 email addresses to receive payment notifications, an increase from the previous limit of four.

The Factor 4 Gift card system has been updated to support two decimal points for loyalty points.


July 2024 (Second Release)

New Features

Merchants using CloudPOS can utilize Incremental Auth to increase the amount initially authorized in a Pre-Auth.

iPOSpays mobile users will have the “Pay Now” option, allowing them to process a customer present transaction.

Security Enhancements

With this update, we have included two new risk rules to the iPOS S.A.F.E module: International card - Refund on CloudPOS and International card - Refund on POS.

With this update, users will be required to enter a 6-digit security code to complete the user creation process and when editing an existing user.

Enhancements

We’ve adjusted the Recurring Payment processing time to 3:15 AM EST to accommodate merchants in various time zones.

The inventory limit on iPOSpays portal and Register Lite on the POS has been increased from 70 to 200 items, allowing merchants to expand their product inventory.

The Paya ACH account number field on the CloudPOS payments module, Send Payment Link transaction, and GHPP (Generic Hosted Payment Page) has been updated to require a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 17 digits.

Include a customizable tag when creating a Generic Hosted Payment Page (GHPP)
