EBT Cash Transaction Receipt Labeling

This update addresses an issue where the physical receipt for EBT cash transactions occasionally printed the benefit type as food, despite the portal receipt and SPIn logs showing the correct cash benefit. The labeling on physical receipts has been corrected for consistency.
