Key Highlights:

• Mandatory Acceptance: All users must agree to the Terms and Conditions via a checkbox to proceed with login.

• Visibility: A direct hyperlink allows users to view the full agreement before acceptance.

• Persistent Validation: Once accepted, the agreement is logged with a timestamp and won’t be prompted again unless the content is updated.

• Backend Support: Acceptance is securely recorded in the database to ensure consistent enforcement.

• Exclusion: This feature is not applicable when using the “Login As” functionality.

• Non-bypassable: The agreement must be accepted to access any iPOSpays modules; it cannot be dismissed otherwise.

This update enhances transparency and ensures all users acknowledge the platform’s usage policies prior to accessing their accounts.
