Custom Tags for ACH

This update allows merchants to customize the tag labels for ACH transactions on CloudPOS . Previously, tags were labeled as Custom 1, 2, and 3. Now, each tag can be renamed to better align with the merchant’s business needs.

How to Enable:

To enable this feature for your merchants:

Login to the iPOSpays portal using an ISO admin account. Select S.T.E.A.M, then Edit Parameters. Using the search box at the top, search and select the CloudPOS TPN for which you wish to enable this. Select Edit Parameter. Click on Value Add. Enable Tag the Tx.

• Here, you can customize the tag labels according to the merchant’s preferences. The tag label you set here will be used for regular and ACH transactions.

• Once you’re done, click Save for the changes to take effect.
