Surcharge Support for Fiserv Omaha

Required POS Build: 10075

ISOs and sales agents can now offer Surcharge for merchants who use the Fiserv Omaha processor on iPOSpays.

How to Enable Surcharge: S.T.E.A.M. -> Edit Parameters -> Search and select the TPN/Device Label -> Edit Parameters -> Fee -> Enable Fee and select Surcharge.
