Unable to Create RS2 TPNs with 8–15 Digit MIDs

Resolved an issue in the iPOSpays Portal where RS2 TPN creation failed when the MID contained more than 8 digits. The MID validation has been updated to allow 8 to 15 digits, enabling RS2 TPNs to be created successfully with MIDs within the supported length.
