Tax Calculation Incorrect for Multiple Items

Resolved an issue in iPOSgo! iOS where tax calculation was incorrect when multiple items were added to the cart with Custom Fee, and IBS was enabled. Tax amounts are now calculated accurately for both card and cash pricing based on item quantity.
