Remove Amount Validation for Void and Refund Transactions

Merchants and integrators can now submit Void and Refund requests without specifying an amount. When the amount is omitted, the original transaction amount is automatically processed as a full Void or full Refund. Previously, the amount field was mandatory for all Void and Refund requests. Requests with an amount of 0 continue to return a validation error, ensuring accurate transaction processing.
