Create Invoices. Collect Payments Your Way
CloudPOS now introduces an improved Itemized Invoicing workflow, making it easier for merchants to create, send, and manage invoices from a single interface. Merchants can configure inventory, add detailed line items, apply taxes or discounts, and generate professional invoices directly from the Invoices module.
A major highlight of this update is Partial Payments. Merchants can now allow customers to pay only a portion of the invoice amount and collect the remaining balance later. Customers can make multiple partial payments using any supported payment method, as long as the total payments do not exceed the original invoice amount. The remaining balance can be tracked and collected directly from the Invoices module.
Invoices can be paid through multiple options, including payment links, Pay Now, PIN pad transactions, or saved customer payment methods, giving merchants flexibility in how they collect payments.
These enhancements make it easier for merchants to bill customers, accept flexible payments, and manage invoice activity efficiently within CloudPOS.
