Merchant Permissions Display Issue

Fixed a UI issue on the Edit Merchant → Modules and Privileges menu where merchant permissions were not displaying correctly after being saved. In some cases, updating a specific permission caused other permissions to appear incorrectly deselected in the interface, even though they were saved properly in the system.
