Incorrect Approved Status for Declined Transactions in SPIn Status API

Resolved an issue where partially declined transactions from SPIn were incorrectly returned as “Approved” in the Status API response. The API now correctly reflects declined transactions with appropriate ResultCode, StatusCode, and message, ensuring consistency with the actual transaction outcome.
