Get Card Request API in SPIn API

Minimum Required POS Build: 10145

We’re introducing the GetCard Request API to the SPIn specification. This new functionality allows a POS system to securely prompt the customer to present their card directly on the payment terminal. The card can be provided through:

• Swipe

• Manual entry

• Other supported methods

Once captured, the relevant card data is transmitted securely back to the POS system for further use.
