External Reference ID for Recurring ACH Payments

Resolved an issue where recurring ACH transactions did not return the externalReferenceID in the FEED API response. The external reference ID is now returned for recurring ACH transactions, allowing merchants and integrators to link transactions to their records and improve reconciliation.
