Cancel Payment Link for E-Commerce

Merchants can now use the Cancel API to cancel a generated e-commerce payment link when it is no longer needed. Once cancelled, the link cannot be used to complete the payment.

  • Minimum Required POS Build: Not Applicable
  • Supported Areas: Hosted Payment Page (HPP) API

Key Benefits

  • Prevent cancelled links from being used for payment.
  • View the “Link cancelled” status for cancelled payment links under CloudPOS → Invoices.
  • Completed transactions cannot be cancelled.
