We’re introducing Automatic New User Verification, an important security enhancement designed to ensure greater oversight and accountability when new users are added to the system.

What’s new?

When a new add-on user is created, and their email domain does not match the Admin user’s email domain, the system will automatically generate a verification required email.

Who is Notified?

  • The ISO Admin, or

  • The Agent Office Admin, when applicable

Your Responsibility

These notifications require timely review and response. Admins must validate the legitimacy of each newly created user and confirm approval or take corrective action by replying directly to the automated email notification if access is unauthorized or inappropriate.

How Notifications Work

  • All applicable user creation events are grouped and sent within a 30-minute time frame.

  • This ensures timely awareness while minimizing notification fatigue.

  • Protects the platform from unauthorized access

  • Reinforces accountability in user management

  • Helps prevent potential security and compliance risks before they escalate

This feature is enabled by default and requires no action to activate. Your diligence in reviewing and validating new users is essential to maintaining a secure and trusted environment.
